Bookings
Bookings must be made or confirmed by email.
Any agreed departure from standard terms must also be stipulated in writing at the time of booking.
Texts and verbal arrangements are not considered adequate because of the possibilty of confusion by either party. While we endeavour to honour all communication, email is our preferred method for reasons of clarity.
