Where are the downloads I paid for?
The downloads are sent to your computer in a zip file as soon as your payment is complete. Go to your downloads folder and click on the zip file to open it and there are your photos.
The zip file won't open or is corrupt!
Don't panic, you can go back to the site and sitting in your account will be your download file. You can download it as many times as you like and access it from another computer if you wish.
Some earlier versions of Internet Explorer will corrupt zip files
during the download process. You should be using the latest possible version if only for its added security features. You can upgrade your web browser then go back to your account and try again or you can use another up-to-date computer to complete the download.
Once the files are unzipped they can be viewed on any computer, tablet or phone.
